Responsibilities

Develop and deliver on strategic priorities to enhance products, drive sales through campaigns, and improve client engagement
Lead initiatives from concept to launch, including design, financial assessment, development, and go-to-market readiness
Bring 3+ years of banking center product management experience, with deep knowledge of banking principles and decision making
Proven track record implementing banking center technology, including teller and banker desktop platforms, and leading branch technology solutions end-to-end — from requirements to deployment and optimization
Interpret financial, client, and operational data to identify trends and business drivers
Provide insights, recommendations, and implement changes
Stay current on industry and competitive developments in the United States
Demonstrate strong management skills to achieve results in a matrix organization
Effectively prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities
Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Technology, and distribution partners
Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and vendors to translate user needs into requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, coordinate pilots, support implementation, and ensure smooth change management for banking center products

3+ years of banking center product management experience
