Responsibilities

Act as a product expert and as the primary configuration manager for our West Coast clients

Design & implement Client Success processes and initiatives

Collaborate with clients on strategic initiatives and optimization of their data strategy

Continue to develop recommended best-practices and work with team to deliver supporting materials to diverse constituent user base

Coordinate resources across Chronograph (Client Development, Marketing, Data Operations, Product) to ensure timely completion of client deliverables and alignment around client development initiatives

Develop and monitor client expectations

Support Chronograph project management resources and personnel

Produce flawless client deliverables to facilitate communication around complex project requirements

Uphold Chronograph brand standards & values in every client interaction

Proactively identify account growth opportunities

Strategize with senior leadership to identify client business cases

Required

Bachelor's degree with two (2) to four (4) years' experience in professional services environment, ideally consulting, investment banking, private capital investor relations/business development, technology client success, sales engineering, or similar

Demonstrated excellence producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated and exacting client base

Superb (written and verbal) communication skills

Willingness to travel occasionally
