Responsibilities
Complete fulfillment orders by selecting products, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner and as per customers' specifications
Organize products according to the requirements set forth by the Company
Responsible for shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, reporting products, and matching boxes received against packing lists
Perform annual inventory counts, periodic cycle counts, and back-to-stock returns
Assist in all daily maintenance activities such as, but not limited to keeping assigned areas clean and organized, ensuring all boxes are labeled correctly, etc
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent GED
Good computer skills, math skills and comprehension of written procedures
Good command of the English language for safety reasons, to read instructions, write product labels and communicate with peers
Must be fluent in Spanish
Highly detail oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy in all tasks
Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends if business needs arise
Ability to regularly unassisted lift, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 60-70 pounds
Ability to reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, climb, and balance while picking orders
Adhere to all safety practices and regulations
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous warehouse, shipping or inventory experience preferred
