In this role, you will validate user identity data, ensure alignment with governance tools, and drive data correction efforts to enhance data quality and accuracy across the organization.

Responsibilities
Validate user data by partnering with SaaS and application teams to gather extracts from multiple systems
Ensure alignment with our identity governance tools by comparing extracted data against our central identity repository
Identify and analyze discrepancies, uncovering inconsistencies and gaps in identity data
Perform root-cause analysis to understand issues related to data quality, provisioning, or system integrations
Drive data correction efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness
Document processes and findings to support transparency, audit readiness, and continuous improvement
Report on data quality trends and provide regular updates to leadership on completeness and accuracy initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience, including significant work as a Business Analyst on complex, cross‑functional projects
Hands‑on experience in identity governance, administration, or data validation
Familiarity with identity management platforms and IGA concepts
Understanding of data privacy regulations and security best practices
Proficiency with Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to see the “big picture” while managing detailed process improvements
Comfort running SQL queries and digging deep into data—curiosity is essential
Strong understanding of the identity lifecycle (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) and access certification processes
Experience implementing IGA processes for centralized and decentralized applications
Experience building metrics, dashboards, and data‑driven insights
Preferred
Certifications in IAM or data governance
Experience with tools such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager
