Responsibilities

Cleaning of optics and maintenance of chambers
Source preparation and deposition of coatings in chambers
Metrology including but not limited to spectrophotometry, metal thickness evaluation, dimensional analysis, defect analysis, and more
Cross functional communication and teamwork to track WIP, move production, and address process anomalies in a timely manner

Required

Typically requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to work safely with various deposition processing equipment, chemicals, and raw production materials in a lab setting with basic gowning requirements
Minimum 2 years of related Thin Film deposition coating experience
Has experience in Microsoft Office
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Strong interpersonal communication skills and rigorous attention to detail
Understanding of FOD and FOD reduction methods and concerns
Experience in Excel and production tracking systems
Experience in a cleanroom environment with the ability to maintain all ESD, Safety, and security protocols
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
