Finance Treasury Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage and monitor accounts receivable activities to ensure timely invoicing and collections
Issue invoices for sales and services, and follow up on overdue payments
Handle supplier claims, chargebacks, and credit memos
Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and resolve account-related inquiries
Support month-end closing and assist with financial audits
Provide administrative support for senior leadership and finance operations
Ensure compliance with business, environmental, and safety management systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing finance processes
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
SAP FI experience
