AMLI Residential is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician at their apartment complexes in Seattle. As the Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you will assist in maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the properties.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, glass replacement, etc

Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests

Be available to work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and nights

Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections

Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
