Director of Data Center Infrastructure Delivery

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers responsible for delivering end-to-end data center infrastructure programs
Set clear goals, manage performance, and create career growth opportunities for team members
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence
Own the overall delivery roadmap for multiple data center construction and network build programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in program management, technical design, and on-site delivery
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong strategic and operational leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills
Experience in engaging with executive-level stakeholders
Ability to foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence
Experience in delivering large-scale data center construction and network build initiatives

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
