Industrial Design Intern - Colorado Springs
SRAM, LLC is one of the world’s largest suppliers of bicycle components, committed to improving the cycling experience through innovation. The role involves supporting the Industrial Design team in the concept, development, and execution of next generation bicycle components.

Responsibilities
Assisting and executing the development of projects from concept through production
Individual exploration of blue-sky concept-projects
Coordinating the use and maintenance of the industrial design shop
Creation of a portfolio containing all work completed at SRAM
Qualification
Required
Working towards or completed a BA/BS/BSA in Industrial Design or equivalent
Enthusiastic and passionate about design
Ability to handle many projects and tasks simultaneously
Detail oriented with strong work ethic
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Proficient knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to work and thrive in a global team environment
Good demonstration of skill in the following: Ergonomic Exploration, CAD Modeling, Problem Solving, Model Making, Graphic Development, Material and Processes, and Sketching
