Act as the first point of contact by greeting, checking-in and hosting guests as they arrive
Excellent communication and customer service skills, professional and courteous demeanor; proficient in phone and email etiquette and fielding client questions
Responsible for booking appointments utilizing the salon software; maintain accurate and up-to-date information in client files
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Qualification
Required
Experience in a salon or retail environment is required
Excellent communication and customer service skills, professional and courteous demeanor; proficient in phone and email etiquette and fielding client questions

Exceptional time management skills, exhibiting sound judgment and the ability to prioritize
Technologically savvy; experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, Gmail
