Responsibilities
Prepare boxes of different sizes for the day’s workload
Inspect products for quality, checking for color or alignment issues
Count and confirm that each order has the correct quantity
Seal boxes properly and move them to the shipping area
Keep work areas safe, organized, and in good working order
Work overtime as needed based on production demand
Be a team player, rotating across stations, supporting coworkers, and learning new skills
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use small hand tools
Good communication skills (English reading/writing/speaking)
Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to grow with us
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
