They are seeking a Robotic Process Automation Developer Intern to assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automated workflows that reduce manual work.

Responsibilities

Supports automation projects by building simple bots or process automations using UiPath as the RPA tool
Analyzes business processes to understand steps that can be automated
Develops and tests automation scripts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Troubleshoots issues and helps maintain existing automations
Collaborates with business teams and senior developers to document requirements and create solution designs
Learns best practices for coding, automation design, and project lifecycle management

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C#, Java, or VB.NET)
Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (even beginner-level exposure is useful)
Understanding of SQL, data handling, and basic database concepts
Ability to map and analyze business processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
Good communication skills for collaborating with business and technical teams
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
A passion for people, innovation, and growth

Preferred

Knowledge of APIs, web technologies (HTML/CSS), or scripting is a plus
