Responsibilities
Coordinates secure delivery/receipt of production assets directly with the film production/production liaison on set
Responsible for the file maintenance and delivery of received film assets to all approved and relevant parties
Provides general administrative support to the SVP and VP Integrated Marketing team as required, including scheduling meetings; coordinating travel; processing expense reports
Supports processing of production and other brand-related assets, including the tracking of such assets through regular reports and updates
Assists in the coordination of special events and projects as needed
On occasion, serves as back-up to assist EVP, Global Strategy, Integrated Planning & Synergy on duties as assigned (scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, processing expense reports, A/V coordination for meetings, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Must have minimum 2 years administrative work experience
Previous experience in marketing field required
High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
