This role involves ensuring schedules align with staffing targets, reducing overtime, and collaborating with facility leadership and corporate management.

Responsibilities
Partner with facility Staffing Coordinators and Administrators to ensure schedules align with staffing targets
Coach, train, and support Staffing Coordinators to improve scheduling accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
Analyze staffing patterns and implement proactive strategies to reduce overtime
Build strong working relationships with facility leadership to promote collaboration and accountability
Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities across PA to provide on-site support, coaching, and oversight
Review and analyze labor management reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the Recruitment team to support internal hiring efforts and timely filling of open positions
Partner with corporate leadership to align facility staffing practices with organizational labor management goals
Qualification
Required
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required
Demonstrated experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or labor management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive measurable results
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Rhode Island and Massachusetts
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret labor data and recommend operational improvements
Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills
