Responsibilities

To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise

All team members begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired

All team members must adhere to the safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times

You will be expected to drive our culture forward by holding yourself and others accountable to achieve great results through alignment with Clickstop’s Core Values and Code

Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists

Audit orders for accuracy

Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping

Fulfill the order in the ERP

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization

Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship

Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO

Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory

Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL

Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment

Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution

Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc

Required

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines

Stand and walk for the majority of the shift

Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting

Operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely

Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms
