Technical Program Manager (Prisma AIRS POC)

Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of PRISMA AIRS products for POC evaluations and production installations, ensuring a structured and efficient process
Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, product, and engineering) to align on customer needs and deployment timelines
Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables for customer engagements
Ensure customer readiness for evaluations and installations, communicating requirements and setting expectations
Monitor and report on POC and deployment progress, identifying bottlenecks and escalating issues as needed
Document and optimize the processes for customer evaluations and deployments, ensuring best practices are followed
Work closely with the Technical Program Manager to align customer engagement activities with broader company objectives
Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to improve delivery processes and product adoption
Qualification
Required
Experience managing projects related to software deployment, customer onboarding, or technical evaluations
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working in a software development company
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello, Linear or Jira)
Ability to track project status, identify risks, and drive resolutions
Comfortable working in an agile and dynamic environment
Preferred
Experience in AI/ML or cybersecurity is a big plus but not required
