3+ years expInnoForge is partnering with a leading organization that is reshaping how producers and retailers collaborate. They are seeking a Trade Promotion Consultant to lead project delivery and guide clients through transformation journeys across sales, trade, finance, and demand planning.
Responsibilities
Lead in design sessions by gathering customer requirements, documenting configuration decisions, working with customers to address gaps with business processes before customisation and set expectations
Front end configuration of the application to design specifications
Unit testing of the application prior to release to the customer, provision & maintenance of standard test scripts , SIT & UAT support
Train the trainer for customer super users
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in consulting or solution delivery roles focused on Consumer Goods, with hands-on TPM exposure
Strong working knowledge of how Sales, Finance, and Trade teams operate in a CPG environment
You're as comfortable diving into configuration and testing as you are leading a room full of stakeholders through a design session
Great communicator, naturally collaborative and confident navigating remote-first teams
