As the Senior Manager, Installation Operations for Moen Smart Water, you will guide and manage the performance and expansion of our third-party contractor network responsible for in-home installations, ensuring operational excellence and a best-in-class homeowner experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a growing national network of third-party contractors who perform in-home smart water device installations ensuring they meet performance, quality, and customer service standards

Ensure seamless and consistent installation operations with strong standards for speed, quality, and homeowner experience

Expand and onboard new installation partners to improve geographic coverage, reduce costs, and elevate quality

Create and maintain standardized procedures, training, and communications for plumbers and contractors to support efficient operations

Guide and manage continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving installation success rates and reducing time-to-install

Serve as a cross-functional liaison to resolve installer or customer issues promptly and efficiently

Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to position installation as a key differentiator in the marketplace

Manage a team of two associates to support installation operations and growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent construction or plumbing experience

5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or construction with management experience

2+ years of direct experience managing networks of third-party contractors performing in-home services (e.g., installation, warranty repair, or home maintenance)

Strong cross-functional communication skills across multiple levels, from executive to field technician

Deep understanding of construction or plumbing installation project workflows

Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
