Responsibilities

Apply subject matter expertise of the Navy’s enterprise Information Technology (IT) requirements and acquisitions to coordinate client’s efforts to manage programs

Work with clients to plan the investments in future IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity programs

Coordinate with external DoD and Navy stakeholders to manage program requirements and resources

Make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with client and program management office staff

Lead client initiatives and secure requirements and resources needed to achieve Navy’s future IT goals

Required

5+ years of experience with IT and technology requirements and acquisition development

Experience with Navy or DoD PPBE, POM, and Budget analysis

Experience leading initiatives for Navy or DoD clients with minimal oversight

Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams

Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and creatively and lead client initiatives

Secret clearance

HS diploma or GED

Preferred

Experience in working with Navy or Service staff as military, a civilian, or an advisor

Experience with DoD and Navy IT policies, and technical and network requirements

Knowledge of Navy financial and IT system databases

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including developing and briefing material to senior client leadership to support decision-making

Possession of excellent analytical skills

Bachelor's degree
