Responsibilities

Lead MES implementations with a focus on Solumina iBase-t, from design through deployment

Architect seamless integrations between MES and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA, OPC, and more)

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, IT, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions

Analyze and optimize workflows through gap analysis, process mapping, and system modeling

Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles—troubleshooting, validating, and tuning performance

Mentor and inspire junior engineers while contributing to our Digital Manufacturing Center of Excellence

Enable learning and adoption through training programs, sandbox environments, and virtual instructor-led sessions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Must be a US Citizen

3+ years of hands-on work with Solumina iBase-t and MES implementations

Advanced SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL), scripting (Python, JavaScript), and low-code platforms

Integration experience with REST APIs, BAPI, and data warehouses

Strong grasp of OT/IT architecture including SCADA, PLC, and OPC protocols

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full lifecycle MES projects

Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
