Assembly Technician I
Hartfiel Automation is a company specializing in manufacturing solutions, and they are seeking an Assembly Technician I to process orders using basic mechanical assembly skills. The role involves assembling products, performing tests, and collaborating with sales teams on new product development while adhering to quality processes.

Responsibilities
Assembles product per Hartfiel Automation job folders, which may include, but not limited to, control panel assembly, valve stacking, fitting installation, reading and pulling orders, labeling product, and testing product
Performs final test of finished assemblies
Works with sales teams in the development of new products
Participates in continual process improvement
Responsible for the safe use of basic shop tools and equipment. Responsible to keep work area clean and orderly
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor
Follows all quality processes and procedures as established by Hartfiel Automation
Operates within the intended framework of Hartfiel Automation’s mission, values, and vision statements
Must be able to sit or stand and lift up to 40 pounds infrequently
Must be able to operate hand tools and have complex levels of manual dexterity
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
six months to one year basic mechanical assembly experience
Preferred
Degree in Fluid Power or Robotics
