Macquarie Group is a global financial services group operating in 31 markets. As an intern in Financial Management, you will develop your accounting skills and provide financial, tax, and treasury services across the organization during a ten-week program.

Responsibilities

Complete meaningful and challenging work allowing you to gain practical experience to tie into your theoretical knowledge from school
Take part in an orientation where you’ll learn about Macquarie’s business groups with your fellow Macquarie interns and receive technical training
Receive support and guidance from your manager and aligned mentor
Participate in philanthropic and social events to connect you to our inclusive culture
Present a project you worked on during the program to senior management

Required

Students expecting to graduate and complete your studies between December 2026 – June 2027
Strong numerical skills and ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly

Interest in financial services and coursework in accounting, economics or finance
Proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude with a powerful work ethic
Strong attention to detail with experience and comfort in Excel
