Skillfully bake our famous donuts, bagels, and other treats, ensuring they're fresh and ready for the morning rush
Artfully glaze, fill, and decorate our products, making them a morning highlight for our customers
Uphold Dunkin' Donuts’ high standards, ensuring every batch is top-notch
Manage baking supplies and ingredients, keeping track of what's needed for the night's magic
Keep the baking area immaculate, adhering to health and safety protocols
Work closely with fellow nocturnal team members, maintaining a supportive and respectful environment
Respond positively to guidance and maintain responsibility for your night shift duties
Stick to the schedule, ensuring you’re ready to roll when the stars are out
Focus on guest satisfaction by preparing fresh, high-quality products for the morning crowd
Tackle any overnight challenges swiftly, maintaining our standard of excellence
Adhere to Dunkin' Donuts brand standards and systems throughout the night
Implement restaurant standards and marketing initiatives with precision
Follow recipes and procedures to the letter, upholding our reputation for deliciousness
Comply with all cash, cleanliness, food safety, and security policies

Qualification
Required
At least 16 years old, ready to shine during the overnight hours
Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand it well
Basic math skills for precise recipe management and inventory control
Capable of operating restaurant equipment safely during the night shift
