The role focuses on providing an amazing client experience while supporting pet parents and their furry friends through effective communication and coordination within the clinic.

Responsibilities
Client Support & Coordination : Provide a positive, empathetic experience as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, from check-in to check-out
Schedule Management : Create, update, and own the daily clinic schedule, ensuring the flow of appointments runs smoothly
Team Collaboration : Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to deliver top-notch care for every patient
Problem-Solving : Remain calm under pressure, handling in-clinic issues with professionalism and efficiency
Communication & Guidance : Offer reassurance to pet parents, ensuring they know their furry family members are in excellent hands
This is an onsite role requiring attendance and coverage across multiple clinic locations
This position includes weekend shifts as part of the regular scheduling requirements
Qualification
Required
Passionate about providing an AMAZING client experience
Ability to provide a positive, empathetic experience as the first and last point of contact for pet parents
Ability to create, update, and own the daily clinic schedule
Ability to work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle in-clinic issues with professionalism and efficiency
Ability to offer reassurance to pet parents
Willingness to attend and cover multiple clinic locations
Availability for weekend shifts as part of the regular scheduling requirements
Preferred
Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or pet care setting
Proven success delivering memorable client experiences
