Build core systems and features from 0 → 1 alongside the founder(s)
Take end-to-end ownership across product, backend, and infrastructure
Collaborate closely on product direction and technical architecture
Help define engineering culture, processes, and best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a software engineer (backend or full-stack)
You thrive in early, ambiguous environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats
You have experience building or scaling new systems, products, or teams
You're motivated by ownership, impact, and learning — not just a spec sheet
Preferred
Bonus: prior startup or founding team experience
