Responsibilities

Champion Safety: Ensure new and existing equipment is designed and operated to the highest standards, minimizing hazards and ergonomic risks

Deliver Quality: Design and improve processes that achieve Six Sigma capability levels. Validate new equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ), respond to quality issues, and collaborate across teams to meet rigorous industry standards

Optimize Processes: Lead projects to enhance equipment efficiency (OEE), reduce costs, and drive automation. Apply process control, error-proofing, and rapid changeover techniques to push performance to best-in-class levels

Engineer Solutions: Manage equipment specification, procurement, and installation. Oversee engineering documentation, update procedures, and provide technical oversight for smooth transitions from product design to production

Lead Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives—using sound engineering methodologies and sharp problem-solving skills to deliver measurable improvements

Mechanical EngineeringElectrical ControlsPLC ProgrammingStatistical AnalysisCAD ProficiencyCGMP KnowledgeCommunication

Required

B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

Process Engineer: 1–4 years

Sr. Process Engineer: 5+ years

Technical strength in pneumatics, electrical controls, PLC programming

Data-driven mindset—skilled in statistical analysis and process improvement

Strong communicator, both written and verbal

Knowledge of cGMP, QSRs, ISO 13485

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing environment

Ability to travel domestically & internationally

Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends

Preferred

CAD proficiency (AutoCAD 2D & SolidWorks 3D preferred)
