Produce high impact short form videos - identifying platform trends and capturing the daily moments that make Perkins unique
Pitch creative ideas, film and edit content while contributing to strategies that increase reach, engagement and audience connection
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to produce high impact short form videos - identifying platform trends and capturing the daily moments that make Perkins unique
Pitch creative ideas, film and edit content while contributing to strategies that increase reach, engagement and audience connection
Passion for Perkins mission to build a more inclusive world and bring a genuine commitment to disability inclusion
A savvy creator - you understand the importance of representing people with disability with accuracy and respect
Fluent in audience segmentation, accessibility best practices and modern social formats
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, editing styles and audience behavior
Strong writing skills for on screen text, scripts and captions
Excellent communications skills
Positive attitude flexibly and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Perform other tasks as assigned
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, film, or a related field preferred
Experience in nonprofit, education, or disability-advocacy settings is a plus
