Customer Support Specialist (On-Site)
AZ HR Professionals is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for Dial Manufacturing, a company that specializes in air conditioning products. The role involves managing customer support tasks, entering orders, and providing technical assistance as needed.

Responsibilities
Entering orders, running sales reports, checking order status, checking inventory levels, and making sure all customer concerns are addressed
Talking with customers about lost orders, missing invoices, parts questions
Take care of RGAs, freight shortages and damages
Manage customer portals, research claims, update data
Manage customer service emails and calls
Fill-in answering technical support questions when Alan and John Goh are not available
Help customers with questions they have about the Dial products and issues they are having
Assisting Sales Director with National Account Projects – AS NEEDED
Running reports, providing info for yearly line reviews, new products, customer sales, responding to customer merchants, etc
Qualification
Required
High School diploma
2 plus years experience with customer service roles
Proficiency with MS Office
Proficiency with excel
Ability to learn Apprise office system
Ability to work in a team environment
