Responsibilities

Drive adoption of technology solutions across state agencies, aging services organizations, adult protective services, and community-based organizations
Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within government and CBO markets
Lead RFP responses and procurement processes, aligning proposals with funding priorities and compliance requirements
Position the platform as a trusted partner by clearly articulating operational, compliance, and financial value
Differentiate offerings from legacy systems and niche vendors by emphasizing integrated functionality, regulatory readiness, and proven outcomes
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives, program directors, and policy leaders
Own proposal development and contract negotiations through close
Manage pipeline and forecasting activity in CRM systems, ensuring visibility and accuracy
Represent the organization at industry conferences, policy forums, and government-focused events

Required

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or government software sales
Demonstrated success selling into state agencies, aging services, Medicaid-adjacent programs, or community-based organizations
Proven track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle, RFP-driven, competitive environments
Strong understanding of government procurement processes, funding models, and compliance frameworks
Ability to sell strategically and consultatively to executive, policy, and operational stakeholders
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
