Lead and support the K-Beauty sales team on the floor
Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on K-Beauty products
Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
Assist with visual merchandising, inventory, and product launches
Help achieve and exceed sales goals
Communicate effectively with store management
Qualification
Required
Previous retail or beauty sales experience
Leadership or team-lead experience
Passion for skincare, cosmetics, and K-Beauty trends
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends
Preferred
K-Beauty experience
Spanish and Portuguese speaking
