Managing your own caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and, where necessary, trial

Qualification

California Bar licensePlaintiff-side employment lawClass action PAGA experienceDeposition experienceMotions for summary judgementCalifornia employment lawsLegal writing skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
3 to 10 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience as a practicing attorney
Class action PAGA experience
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience preparing motions for summary judgement
Strong understanding of California employment laws (FEHA, CFRA, PAGA, Labor Code, etc.)
Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
