They are seeking a skilled and passionate Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney with 3 to 10 years of experience to manage their own caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation and negotiation.

Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and, where necessary, trial
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
3 to 10 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience as a practicing attorney
Class action PAGA experience
Experience taking and defending depositions
Experience preparing motions for summary judgement
Strong understanding of California employment laws (FEHA, CFRA, PAGA, Labor Code, etc.)
Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
