Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting for junior-to-mid level searches across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, organic & paid growth, legal, people operations, finance, etc
Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs
Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality
Qualification
Required
7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups is strongly preferred
Track record of being successful in a high velocity, output-driven and demanding environment
