Review and prepare detailed business and individual tax filings
Supervise, train, and evaluate Senior and Staff Accountants to maintain quality standards
Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients
Maintain strong working relationships with key client executives
Collaborate with team members to foster knowledge sharing and efficient workflow
Qualification
Required
Active CPA license required
7+ years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting environment
Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and motivate staff under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to client service and quality
