Operations Specialist
HCA Healthcare is the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, and they are seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee non-staffing and recruiting functions within the Travel Department. This role involves implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting logistical needs for travel clinicians.

Responsibilities
Ensure all Statements of Work and Hospital Confirmations are sent to travelers and Program Office timely
Monitor expiring credentials and ensure every working traveler has updated credentials
Monitor exceptions and hard stop reports
Clear off items from the exceptions and hard stop reports timely
Respond to daily credentialing, travel, and payroll related questions and concerns
Identify and track employees with payroll concerns, troubleshoot and provide guidance where appropriate
In conjunction with Operations Specialists Team, create and implement standardized processes and procedures
Cross train and be backup support to housing and logistics for travelers
Ensure communication and implementation of new or updated HR policies, procedures and corporate directives
Provide coverage for other Operation Specialists as needed
Ensure company systems are utilized appropriately
Participate in vendor and HR audits as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
3-5 Years In Customer Service, Administrative Roles Required
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to manage stress appropriately and make decisions under pressure
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
Ability to learn new software programs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field preferred
Related healthcare experience preferred
Staffing healthcare experience preferred
