Analyze and model NPV for multiple deal structures
Collaborate with operations, legal, and project management teams
Present recommendations to executive leadership
Travel to sites to assess renewal opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in complex lease negotiations and real estate portfolio management
Advanced financial modeling skills, including NPV analysis
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Willingness to travel as needed
