TGC Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex industrial projects from planning through installation and closeout. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of assigned projects, including scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Oversee budgets, costs, staffing, and project expenses

Coordinate procurement activities, including ordering materials, tracking shipments, and managing site logistics

Supervise internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution

Plan, schedule, and prioritize job site activities to meet project milestones

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues when needed

Manage project billing, invoicing, and payment milestones

Document, track, and administer change orders, ensuring proper approvals and timely billing

Ensure compliance with safety programs, insurance requirements, and jobsite regulations

Oversee final inspections, punch list completion, and project closeout documentation

Support permitting and approval processes as required

Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented work approach
