New Grad, Entry LevelMilkco is a Fluid Milk Plant that processes, bottles, and ships fluid milk and other beverages. They are seeking a 2nd shift Junior Blow Mold Operator responsible for running machines that create plastic milk jugs, managing production runs, and performing machine repairs as needed.

Responsibilities
Running the machines that create plastic milk jugs
Starting up & shutting down the machine during daily production runs
Making continuous adjustments for quality control during production
Repairing the machines as needed
Qualification
Required
Have mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
Have some prior experience in a production environment
Be a quick learner and very reliable with a positive attitude
Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco)
Will conduct a Criminal Background Check
Must pass an E-Verify Screening
Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day
Must want to work and have excellent attendance
Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people
Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
Preferred
Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent
