Office Assistant

Park Avenue Coffee is a company that values good people, good coffee, and good gooey butter cake. They are seeking an office assistant who will support their cafe locations and assist with various administrative tasks related to customer orders and inventory.

Communicating customer needs

Qualification

Microsoft WordMicrosoft ExcelQuickbooksAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorCustomer engagementCoffee enthusiastInterpersonal skillsSelf-starterTeamwork

Required

At least 2-3 years of previous office/clerical experience required
Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel and Quickbooks required; understanding or experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator a plus
Must be able to engage with clients both over the phone and in person
Prompt self-starter at The Hill location from 9-5 +/- Monday through Friday
Great interpersonal phone skills
Self-starter that is able to work in an office setting as well as be available for any tasks that come their way
Be able to work in both a team environment as well as independently

Preferred

Coffee enthusiast is highly preferred and barista experience a PLUS but not required
Occasionally help with special events after hours or on weekends
