Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions
Present architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps to stakeholders
Define end-to-end AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solution architectures for telecom BSS/OSS systems
Integrate AI capabilities into existing Amdocs platforms and customer environments
Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks (LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG, orchestration platforms)
Drive innovation by leveraging Agentic AI for autonomous workflows and decision-making
Provide guidance to development teams on implementation best practices
Ensure alignment with Amdocs’ architecture principles and Telco-specific requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML-based solutions
Proven experience in Telco BSS/OSS domains (billing, CRM, order management, network orchestration)
Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), GenAI models (LLMs, transformers), and Agentic AI orchestration
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
Proficiency in data engineering, API integration, and event-driven architectures
Deep understanding of telecom processes: customer lifecycle management, service provisioning, network operations
Experience with OSS/BSS integration patterns and TM Forum standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex solution designs
Preferred
Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices
Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
Exposure to Amdocs product suite or similar Telco platforms
