Responsibilities
Power Platform and Dynamics CE Technical Execution: Execute the solution designs for solutions such as Dynamics Customer Insights Data, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Work with the Product Owner and/or Business Analysts to understand functional requirements strategic and operational uses of the D365 platform and create technical designs
Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate solution designs
Active participation in stakeholder education, discovery, planning, and design sessions
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels
Developing data conversion and testing strategies
Training client personnel in the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CE
Plan and perform client demos
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected
Light travel is required, up to 20%
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience creating business applications
Working knowledge of Dynamic Sales, Dynamics Service and Dynamics Customer Insights
Working knowledge of Power Platform Governance
Ability to work independently and be self-driven with minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field
Active Microsoft certifications (MB-910, MB-210, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio
Power BI Experience
Understanding of SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected
Knowledge of full SDLC, Agile development methodologies, and application development life cycle
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Understanding of C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell
Understanding of relational database concepts
Experience using Visual Studio, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other source control management tools
Azure development fundamentals
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus
