Responsibilities

Perform routine system maintenance

Investigate and resolve live system issues

Deploy our platform in new environments as needed

Work directly with customers to solve problems and implement requested configurations

Proactively identify improvements and automate recurring tasks

Research, propose, and implement technical solutions to support evolving customer needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience

Department of Defense TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire

The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Polygraph within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire

Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required

Proficiency with Linux systems administration and troubleshooting

Experience working with virtual machines

Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or OpenStack)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

Familiarity with Ansible or other configuration management tools

Scripting ability in Bash and/or Python
