Responsibilities

Support the EVP in formulating and executing the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering strategy in line with Marvell’s corporate goals
Drive improvements in operational processes and systems to enhance the efficiency of Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering
Collaborate with key stakeholders across engineering, product development, operations, finance, and sales to ensure alignment on engineering priorities and goals
Oversee and manage the execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects that span various departments within the company
Serve as an advisor to the EVP, providing insights and guidance on key organizational decisions
Manage internal messaging with key stakeholders across the company and act as a key interface with critical external stakeholders to represent the EVP and Marvell
Provide regular updates to the EVP and senior leadership team on the performance of the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering organization
Lead efforts to introduce new processes, technologies, and tools to improve productivity and drive innovation within Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering
Work closely with the finance team to manage the Data Center Engineering & Central Engineering budget

Required

10+ years of experience in a leadership or operational role, with a focus on program management, engineering operations, or business strategy within the semiconductor or technology industry
Proven track record of driving organizational efficiency and delivering on complex, cross-functional projects
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and work across departments
Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, engineering processes, and business dynamics
Excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information for senior executives, in verbal, written and presentation modes
Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
