Administrative Program Coordinator I – Research Core Services
Cleveland Clinic’s Research and Innovation and Education Institute focuses on advancing medical knowledge and patient care through research and education. As an Administrative Program Coordinator, you will support policy initiatives and administrative functions while acting as a liaison across departments to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities
With guidance from the Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives
Update, monitor and manage databases
Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress
Analyze project improvement and progress
Report on discrepancies and variances
Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation
Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings
Attend meetings and record key outcomes
Support all office administrative functions
Develop and maintain updates
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree and two years of administrative experience or customer service
OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience
OR Bachelor's Degree
Computer skills and experience with software applications
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Healthcare experience or related organization
