Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on domestic and import vehicles using OEM‑approved tools and procedures
Lead complex mechanical work including engine, transmission, driveline, electrical, and HVAC systems
Conduct thorough multi‑point inspections to ensure vehicle safety, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate repair documentation in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Mentor junior technicians by sharing expertise, best practices, and diagnostic strategies
Stay current on OEM training and certification requirements to support brand excellence
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience, preferably in a dealership environment
Master-level proficiency in diagnostics, drivability, and electrical systems
Valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented shop
Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred
ASE certifications strongly preferred, manufacturer certifications a plus
