Responsibilities
Lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure across all corporate and remote locations
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to modernize and optimize network architecture, including cloud and hybrid environments
Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) for network services and equipment
Oversee incident response and root cause analysis for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and performance
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for the network services function
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of network professionals
Monitor emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance network capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience with ITIL practices and change management processes
Proven expertise in enterprise networking technologies (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, etc.), cloud networking (AWS, Azure), and SD-WAN
Strong understanding of network security principles and tools (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Master's degree
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking)
