Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of a complex scientific data program spanning 10+ parallel workstreams
Lead day-to-day execution: standups, dependency management, risk escalation, and timeline control
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (engineering, product, data, cloud, AI) alongside customer stakeholders
Design and document clear workflows and processes using tools like LucidChart, Miro, and Confluence
Define KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to provide real-time visibility into progress and outcomes
Remove blockers decisively and escalate risks same-day to keep momentum high
Qualification
Required
10+ years of technical project or program management experience
Proven success delivering large, multi-workstream technical programs
Experience in biopharma or life sciences environments
Strong Agile delivery background (Scrum + Kanban)
Experience in process engineering and blueprinting
Comfort managing cloud, data engineering, and AI-adjacent workstreams
Excellent customer-facing communication —able to translate technical detail into business clarity
Willingness to be onsite in Cambridge, MA (4–5 days/week)
