Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area required, or equivalent work experience acceptable

Basic experience with desktop, server, and mobile device technologies

Basic experience with SCCM and Intune, including packaging, and image deployment technologies

Knowledge and experience with Directory Services such as Active Directory and Entra ID, and scripting languages such as PowerShell

Requires proven project management and methodology skills especially the ability to serve as a technical lead or coordinator and work on multiple projects simultaneously, especially in a cross-functional environment

Knowledge of information security principles

Preferred

CompTIA A+ preferred

Minimum of three years of experience in Desktop Architecture/Engineering or application packaging

Minimum of three years knowledge of patch management and software distribution

Experience with multi-platform and operating systems environments

Experience with endpoint security and related concepts
