4+ years expFinancial Cents is a fast-growing accounting practice management software company. They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager (Video) to own and scale their video content engine specifically on YouTube, focusing on strategy, production, and business impact.

Responsibilities
Develop and own the video content strategy across the full funnel
Define video formats and themes aligned with category education, campaigns, and pipeline goals
Translate customer insights, research, and narrative priorities into clear video direction
Decide where video is best used for awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention
You will film and host videos yourself, including:
Talking-head videos (education, POVs, category framing)
Short-form video for social and distribution
Long-form educational videos
Founder-, customer-, and expert-led videos (where you act as host or facilitator)
Video tied to events, launches, and original research
Repurposed video content across email, site, social, and sales enablement
Own video production workflows from concept to publish
Write outlines or light scripts to ensure clarity and structure
Work with external video editors or producers as needed
Decide when editing or post-production should be outsourced
Maintain a consistent publishing cadence with high-quality standards
Track and analyze video performance across channels
Tie video efforts to engagement, demand creation, and pipeline influence
Use data to iterate on formats, topics, and distribution
Partner with marketing and sales to ensure video supports campaigns and enablement
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in video content, content marketing, or related roles
Proven experience owning video strategy and execution end-to-end
Comfortable being on camera regularly and representing the brand publicly
Strong understanding of short-form vs long-form video formats
Experience working with external editors or creators
Ability to balance creativity with data, performance, and deadlines
Strong communication and project management skills
Extremely high standards for quality, 'good enough' is not acceptable
Preferred
US-based or Canada-based candidates preferred
