Worker's Compensation Attorney

Summers McDonnell Hudock Guthrie & Rauch PC is seeking a full-time Worker's Compensation Attorney. The Attorney will be primarily responsible for defending Worker's Compensation claims from initial investigation through the appellate process.

Managing workers’ compensation cases from initial claim through litigation and resolution
Preparing pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Conducting depositions, hearings, and mediations
Appearing before Workers’ Compensation Judges
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers
Developing case strategy and providing timely case evaluations

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)Bar admissionWorker's compensation claimsLegal correspondenceCase strategy development

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission in Pennsylvania
0 -10 years experience handling worker's compensation claims
