Responsibilities
Managing workers’ compensation cases from initial claim through litigation and resolution
Preparing pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Conducting depositions, hearings, and mediations
Appearing before Workers’ Compensation Judges
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers
Developing case strategy and providing timely case evaluations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar admission in Pennsylvania
0 -10 years experience handling worker's compensation claims
