Manage all phases of litigation matters from inception through resolution
Take and defend depositions
Appear at hearings and court proceedings
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documents
Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams to develop case strategy
Qualification
Required
5 to 7 years of litigation experience
Proven experience with depositions, hearings, and courtroom appearances
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
Preferred
Experience in personal injury defense, property damage defense, or collections is a plus, but not required
